Yeah, I started that first Live Download thread. Pretty familiar with it. It became a discussion about how rich I must be. Then people said that the music should be available for free, because as members at sc.net, their free account entitles them.

Moving on, I tried again here, and someone accused me of feeling entitled to the music.

Then a person who has been here less than a month called me a "newbie".

But very few people actually have an opinion about hearing the new live shows. That's the only part I find odd.

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of live recordings and can generally live without them. Live video footage I love, but audio alone is often just a bit rubbish. It never matches up to the memory of a live experience and can, in fact, sometimes sully it in my opinion.

Maybe other people feel similarly and that's why they're not expressing opinions on it.

I know what you mean about live=rubbish. Normally not a big fan of it, but every night, Sting will sing something new, Andy will come up with a new chord/sound to go under it, and Stewart will continue to pull another one out of his hat.

That stuff is worth a listen.
