Some news on new Andy projects

There is some info about 2 new CDs with Andy Summers on the blog of guitarist Andrew York:

Andy is listed as part of a new Andrew York CD, Centerpeace. No discussion of Andy's role but he is listed on the CD cover picture.

The CD that Andy mentioned in the excellent Guitar International intervew from a couple of months ago with Andrew York is called Spirit Garden. There is a picture of Mr. Summers and Mr. York.

I haven't been able to get info on release dates for these CDs.

The Andrew York CD upon which Andy is collaborator, Centerpeace, will be released July 14 and is now available for download:

I haven't seen anything yet on Spirit Garden, the CD of music from Andrew York and Andy Summers.

Andy indicated other projects in his Guitar International interview so I knew there was at least one other CD in the works and, like Dietmar, I can't tell the specifics.

Unlike Dietmar, the reason I can't tell is that I have no clue what they are.
