Seriously OT: Anyone else from outside the US looking at Indygirl and PoliceRule's photos and thinking 'Why don't I live there?!' ? So beautiful, and by UK standards, unspoilt.

(By way of comparison, we had a pretty nice weekend in the UK, and this is what one of my nearest beaches looked like: http://www.metro.co.uk/news/article.htm ... page_id=34)

And inside the US!
La Jolla is truly a gorgeous place, these great pictures really capture it.
And the weather for about 95% of the year is around 78 degrees Fahrenheit, sunny, with a nice breeze off the ocean. Pretty much perfect. Who wouldn’t want to live there?

Which is why no matter how many people bitch and moan or complain about California and the smog, traffic, earthquakes, flakey people, same sex marriage, can’t make it as an actor, whatever and move out every year, an equal or greater number move here!

I am so glad nutters had a chance to enjoy the Maestro and our beautiful state(yes, as I tell people, I am the rare California native!)
Have we got touchdown

All the time? Nah. Only when the sun comes out on a summer weekend :-)

Gorgeous shots, Bets.
I can see Stewart was being his usual reserved self. C'mon, man. It's time to come out of your shell.
I'm used of the shots being blurred when he is playing. But the guy can't even talk to people without being a blur of movement.
Yeah smudge, La Jolla looks pretty much like paradise from here too. Sigh!

Haha. I do love the continuous motion blur in the Copeland photos.

Great photos, Bets. And those seaweed/beach shots are just beautiful.
Dramatic highlights & a unique musical cosmos. Guaranteed.

Ok, Bets, if those f#$@ing judges don't give you first place for these beauts during next year's competition, they're going to see a "Net Nuts" riot that will make this summer's Home Town meetings seem tame in comparison. Great job!!!!
