I can't access youtube at work but what little I can gather this is about reminds me of Andy's Police song "Friends" in which Andy notes how he eats his friends.

No, I was drinking hot tea at the time, with a little honey, and I do believe that I spilled a little as I was giggling. Thankfully, I did not snarf the tea or I would be in the hospital. I would have had a hard time explaining that in the ER.
