...“Ciao Roma!” I pronounce correctly into the mic, and the din surges. “One! TWO!…” BOOM! The band sounds huge. I love these big outdoor stages. All the right frequencies resonate perfectly. We are laughing as we rage through the first few bars. Everything sounds great. We are locked together in rhythm. Then, with a crack of the whip, we cut down to an underlying groove and Rais takes over. And Rino is hot tonight. He soars, he roars.
