I can and will be glad to put stuff on YouTube, or give a tutorial. Basically you need to have your vid in MP4 format, and it's got to be 100 megs or less. If you need me to help you reduce the size of the file, or add titles or something, I have a big fat Gmail account you can use to send me your file, or we can try an FTP server.

Captain Blood sent me a big file using YouSendIt, and he had pretty good luck with a video distiller he used. Maybe we can prevail upon him to post the details. For Mac users, you might try programs like MPeg Streamclip and Quicktime Pro, but good ol' IMovie does the job as well and you can't beat the price.
