Rumours of Andy getting on board to play with Stewart and Armand have been around for some time for the Gizmo project.
Now, I don't sincerely know about this new project, but if it happens it would be great.
I wouldn't expect Police songs, but original stuff, that would be amazing.

He is an african great bass player and songwriter I noticed by google... he has also great jazz background career...any posibilities to take him with Stew and Andy to Peru?

In Lima every year organized Pop/Jazz festivals and jazz audience is great here... big names came to Lima.... and you will find outstanding jazz bands like "Peru-Jazz" (who performed Umbria Jazz Festival 87 version with Sting) is a nice jazz cuartet who plays a mixture of afro-peruvian and andean music with jazz... great percussion and drums on hands of Manongo Mujica a reputated peruvian drummer... well the most big is "Alex Acuña" perhas Stewart heard about him.

Hope to see you boys in Lima as soon as possible!!! And my dreams will be turn reality!!! cause I saw Sting live and I never see you on stage...

I don't know where Jose is, but I'll be in Brazil if it's Stewart, Andy and Gizmo!! Wow!!

[Maybe I'll get stupendously lucky and they'll play in Ecuador next July, when I'll be there. Well, I can always cross all my fingers...although it'll be mighty hard to type that way ;)]

By the way, "Divemistress of the Dark" so you are in South America! and you will trip to Ecuador...any plans for visiting Peru? It's one of the best representative countries of South America... I mean Peru is one of the three best places to visit in South America "The land of the Inca's - Machu Picchu lost city"

Yep, I'll be there next year. I'm going diving in the Galapagos, and then to Macchu Picchu. One day soon I hope to visit the Amazon properly, either trekking or sailing...

Last year I did a small-craft boat ride up the New River (which is wild and full of crocodiles - I loved it) to visit Lamanai, a really great Mayan temple in Belize. I figured it'd be good luck when I saw a huge toucan fly right across my path the minute I got off the ferry...I'm a sucker for animals and adventures. I'll try to let you know should I wash up in Lima. Right now I live in Nashville, partly because it's a very low cost of living, enabling me to afford these adventures :)
