I found a video museum piece in You Tube...

Is this young Stewart Copeland playing drums with "Curved Air"?

I am not really sure, cause the drummer has a very long hair that hide his face... but the drum beats style is really close than Stewart

Naw, that was Florian. Also Sonja, mother of three of my fine sons. I used to play this song with Curved Air but this film is from before my time (when they were still big).

Stewart, did you appear in some Curved Air videos ?
I found a Curved Air DVD in a little record shop in France, but it's from a 1972 live performance.

Don't you like the violin Mrs. Gradenko ? lol
I don't think "Vivaldi" sucked, as you say !
"Vivaldi" is a masterpiece of progressive free jazz/rock music, and it's true that you have to have "experienced" ears to listen to this, if I may be allowed to say so !
I don't like habitual progressive rock bands like Marillion, Rush or others who had such a theatrical approach of their music....
But I like King Crimson a lot, for example. They had a more "noisy" and deconstructed way of playing, and sometimes it reminds me some of the present "noisy/post rock/math rock" bands I listen too.
I like when music isn't easy accessible, it requires more efforts of attention, and when you're able to reach this, it's fantastic !!

But, I'm also agree with you for "Backstreet Luv": it's more pleasent and easier to listen to !!!

Nope, not much for the violin, and that lasted far to long.

I did love Back Street Love, if anyone wants it I downloaded the vid, and converted it to *.mp4, Melinda too.

Did they go back to the video during the 80's to add all the extra bits to it? I thought they didn't have that technology back then.

The only prog I like is Genesis and Pink Floyd.

Still say that song sucked. lol

Ah, Darryl Way, the dude who played "rock violin"! I nearly passed out when I saw he produced a cd of Sting's songs um, "interpreted" by the London Symphony Orchestra. It was interesting, I'll say that much.
yo!!
