Just as an update...
2 days after filing a PayPal dispute, and 2 hours after leaving a voice mail that I was about to escalate it to a PayPal claim if I did not receive an update on my t-shirt order, I *finally* got my first communication from the t-shirt vendor on the Official site that my order is now being shipped.
This is the first communication I received from them in the 6 weeks since I ordered the shirts.
I wouldn't be so annoyed about it except that it was nearly a $100 order, and that's a lot of money for me to just toss out and never hear back about.
Anyway...I hope when the official site reopens (for good?) that they'll have their customer service issues worked out. Right now I'm feeling kind of hesitant about ordering anything from them again any time soon...
