Well, it's just a little way to give back to the family that's provided we fans with such a good time all year. Something tells me that wherever Uncle Ian is, he's smiling.
On Google - site:stewartcopeland.net "your keyword here" - thanks DM!!

I just saw ATW and The Scene in the Desert never fails to crack me up. "More Arab than Human","You are shut up!" and "I am going back to Cairo" hanging from the camel....that is the Ian I fondly remember and love.

Hey, folks.

If anyone was planning to donate to MIF with a corporate match through their employer, best look into it ASAP.

We just discovered that the deadline for the corporate match through Moeskido's office for the 2007 calendar year is Nov. 30, which is very soon.

So if you want to get a corporate match donation done this year, you might need to get a move on.

Thanks, everyone!

~bump because I just got my letter in the mail~ :)

Nancyrose, I did my donation through paypal and at the time I couldn't add Ian's name anywhere. Can I call them directly and have it earmarked for our collection? Otherwise it won't be counted towards your grand total (not that it matters in the big picture, I know it's all going to the same cause, but I will do it if you want to have it included in your records).

xo

I know that Nancy is currently embroiled in the hell that is 8-year-olds, so I hope she doesn't mind if I jump in here.

Buttercup, you can absolutely call or email MIF for assistance. They are very helpful and very receptive. Give them as much info as you can (name, date, donation amount, etc), and ask them to please earmark that amount to the Leroy Coolbreeze Fund.

Thank you!

Thanks, DM, for stepping in here while I strategized with my team of 8-year-olds. (And PLEASE step in again the next time Trevor's school is looking for someone to take on a Sisyphean task!! Bound and gag me if I even THINK of volunteering!!)

And Buttercup, you should definitely contact Catherine Poole at MIF. She's wonderful, and she'll make sure the contribution gets credited properly.

Thank you so much for your donation!
