Lynne, the paypal option is now available, except you can't direct the donation "in memory of...".

I think that when you go through the Paypal process there is a screen where you can send a message to the recipient, which is where I'd put the designation. Otherwise, they're a small enough outfit that if you email info@melanomaintl.org, they will put the designation on.
