Sting has no right to have a body that looks THAT good at his age. LOVE THE VIEW!!

And those shots of Stewart changing his shirt...yeah...

Enough said.

My guess is Apophis, but for some reason, when I see Stew's costume I wanna yell "Go Joe!".

Now that I see the makeup I agree, Apophis (or Apep), the Egyptian demon deity. How cool is that?

The photos are fantastic, thanks!

Gotta go get on the plane ...

Omigod, it was a blast! It was so much fun meeting everybody. These guys are the best. We knew that, but, it's SO cool when they just continue to prove it over and over again. The costumes were great, and they were selling special Halloween t-shirts - not the ones you could buy over at TPT.com but regular concert shirts, except the guys had orange horns, etc. on the graphics on the front of the shirts - cute! Every seat also had a black eye mask for the audience to wear too. How cool is that?

Ok, I hope this works - video of the finale:

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=D9BTUV6R

Play by play:

End of Next to You
Final bows
Flag point at Moeskido
Stewart grabs mic and points in same general direction (but I don't know at who/what/etc, I thought for a minute it was Sally but I think it was further down) and says: "What the hell is THAT guy?"
Swings back around stage and points at vespa & me, then at flag, then kind of back and forth catching some other folks, and then THAT'S ALL FOLKS.

indeed, I am up and at em. working to pay for the trip baby!
tired AND hungover. We went to the Irish pub after, and took over! Much Squeeing and rocking out after the show too.

Then 12 of us moved on to the Tick Tock diner for BACON! everyone had pork products of some kind and there was much xtra bacon (LisaLisa, I ate yours).

Sect404 from TPT was the hero of the day, rescuing poor GinaSuperCat. GSC left her wallet at the Irish pub and Sect went back and banged to door down to rescue our fair maiden! He has got to come over to our side. The dude is a drummer, weird and funny as hell!

Oh, so you want to know about the SHOW?

sheesh.

Saw most of FP. They were actually pretty good and they got probably the best crowd response I have seen yet. Maybe it was the frivolity... One problem I always have is their mix. It was great last night. But I was also behind the stage, so not sure how it was for everyone.

Pete was hilarious. Not only was his costume Stew-rific, but he was even doing the head lols, stick twirls and points too. Priceless!

NancyRose and I were busy txting and blowing up SAlly.
http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2238/181 ... 6d18_o.jpg

Our seat neighbors were kind and asked about our costumes (Floozie and Mrs. Gradenko) and Sally and the flag. They were VERY good sports.

We had perfect seats in the front row of the loge, just peering over Andy's shoulder. Great view of Stew! SQUEEEEEE!

GETUPSTANDUP!
And out they come. in costume! there is a cape!
way too much SQUEEE and excitement and laughter. it is all a blur. Sorry for the lack of musical detail.
Same Euro setlist, still not digging on Invisible Sun and Walking (don't hate em, just not my faves) All 3 were in a great mood and smokin'

And of course there were the flubs that we just love and only enriches the experience.

Stew had wardrobe malfunctions thanks to world's worst thought out costume for a drummer <ducks>. But hey, if we got shirtless Stew because of that, then I owe that person a BIG drink. Cheers!

Suddenly, Pluto is vaulting seats and then with NancyRose and I. Much Squeeing. drinking. Getting giddy from blowing up CHAballs. Much giggling about them and Sally shaking her ass. Crew laughed their ass off over SAlly. Andy looked right at her, and yet no recognition. I seriously think he can't se more than 5 feet in front of him.

So seriously. the shows rock. the set list isn't changing for now. Wil I stop going to more shows? Hell no.

The meet ups, txting and waving at each other(easy when you are wearing costumes or neon green) and squeeing with your new bestest friends, and then sending txt reviews to those not with you. Priceless. Getting a little crazy, and way out of your normal comfort zone?
Priceless.

Putting faces to screen names? Priceless. Can't wait for Friday- some of us are going again, some can't make the second show, and others who missed CHAlloween are arriving in the next 24 hours. Cannot wait. For the show and all it brings.

NancyRose I think coined the term "second-hand joy" which is how we feel when reading posts and txts from those there.

I get that sooo. A tad jealous sometimes, but mostly so happy to hear about others sharing my joy in our boys.

And that happens at the show too. Standing there cheering for Lidders, Moe, DM and the Flag, Go SuperCat GO!, Yo Sockii & Vespa I love you, where the heck is Sect?, look I can see Jenny shakin her thing from here. I feel the joy in seeing the show. And I share the joy of my friends and with my friends.

THANK YOU STING, ANDY, and, for me mostest, STEWART for coming together and bringing us all together.

ps sorry for the Joyceian post. I am running on empty people but I wanted to share the love. If I don't, I might friggin burst!
