I have been PACKING TODAY! (since I will have to work till going to airport time!!!!) Had my hair done and weighing Andy's book back and forth.

As I wanted to read it for a lifetime and I finally found it, I will be reading Stew's dad book "A Game of Nations". After reading Tom Clancy, Le Carrè and all that crap, might as well read it from a real "intelligence man"!!!

No offense to anybody intended, but I don't really follow the "floozie" stuff. I assume it has something to do with "Too Kool" tho.

Here's my green wondrous kicks, more or less...thought I had a photo of the actual pair on my lappy, here, but can't find it....they're not all that comfy, which is too bad. I think I need to order a size up so I can cram in bulky tube sox...

I heart Converse, samburu. I bet yours are awesome. Seems like I can always get them at TJ Maxx for cheap, since the sizing runs a little off (I wear a 5 1/2 in Converse and an 8 1/2 in real life...can people just not find the proper fit in regular retail establishments?) Good to know its not just me who has a significantly different size when wearing Converse. My Converse shoes are a custom cucumber and lemon laceless pair which my wife actually gave me as a surprise on our anniversary.

I'm planning on wearing some fairly bulky socks. They are a bit roomy. Better than too tight, though. Nothing worse than having your toes jammed into the front of your shoes.
