If anyone has a pic of the original avatar, that should be posted. For historical purposes. Weasel? Didn't you have it? I am a moron when it comes to Myspace, so I am no help in this regard. Meg posted a . . uh . . interesting one of her in a french maid costume in another post recently, but you need to see the original avatar to get the full Parma ham experience.

With that being said, I do feel find of bad for her. Two little posts and all (not all but a lot of us) viciously tore her apart. Betcha didn't think lawyers had consciouses. A few do. A few. Kind of odd me making this admission of remorse given that I have been kind of ripping her lately. But I never really ripped her when she first posted. Only after she left. But I guess that just makes me kind of chicken shit.

Man I should stop making posts well past midnight.

Some of us were VICIOUS though. I seem to recall some pretty nasty Photoshop jobs. Not naming names and we can all deny any of our responses now that Gio (or was it Eugenio) deleted that thread. I think it was a good call by the guys to delete that one.

Yes, I was totally feeling sorry for her, but you post that picture pose with a suggestive message and your email and voilà, you're totally asking for it.

Seriously? I thought there was just name-calling. Now I feel better.

I just re-read the original post by Stewart. "I love you all." Seriously, that is really sweet. Recently someone over at TPT started a thread asking whether people thought the Police really loved their fans. I guess we at least know how Stewart feels. I feel all warm inside (yeah, kind of sappy and gay on my part, but whatever).

Same here, and his heart is so big, there is space for loving us all.
Yes I think the Police love their fans (Sting too, he must also worry about them very much).
I think the problem is with the fans wanting too much from them. Like Stewart said in an interview (the MAC one, if I am not wrong) when you are in that position, it is difficult to front people who reclaim your wanted and unwanted attention all the time, plus giving our attention to our loved ones and the people that work with us, like we all do. It is unthinkable to request more than they have given us.

All they owe us is their art. All the rest is a bonus, and not everybody is as open and a people's person like Stewart. Sting and Andy aren't. Even so, people miss Stewart and his posts. I consider them an incredible gift on his part to share his stories with us.

A resounding example of this "we have put you where you are, now you are OURS and do what we please" was the guy who swore off the Police as a band because they were not playing their town this time.

I have been a lurker here forever before deciding to post, owing also to uncommon personal circumstances, and believe the Faithful who have always posted here, even when there was no reunion, no Doors, no Oysterhead, and no Media Hoo-ha, think that the Others have jumped the bandwagon now and will leave when the tour is over.
In my case, this is not true. It took me a great deal of effort to post here. But I know that even if 1000 of us remain here, we will be always too many for Stewart. So I am taking what he gives us with infinite respect and gratitude, and ask for no'mo'.

I second that...Stewart has done alot for his fans...what an incredible guy. It makes me appreciate him so much more. When they take time to give back...its alot easier now than back in the 80's for example...If you got near anyone famous back then, you were lucky. It seemed that way to me at least.

Not everyone is friendly or kind...and honestly it is sad when a celebrity of any caliber is in an off mood and god forbid the wrath you get on the other end. I have seen it first hand...it sucks.

I happened to be picking up a friend from work. He worked in a hotel. I had to page him to let him know I was there. At the front desk was Wynonna Judd checking in. I saw her from a distance, but while waiting I said a simple HI being friendly like I am. NOT up in her face or screaming oh my god..or anything like that. I just said HI and I got the holy wrath of hell sent my way. Just for sayin HI. I know its hard being famous...they are people just like us. I felt totally hurt.

Stewart has a heart of gold. THANK YOU STEWART for being you and loving us as much as you do. :D You are the best!!

I just noticed that LueAnn states on her MySpace page that she is from New York. You think she will be at the final show? :)
