This is amazing :) Great job on the song... incredible performance, too! :) Now I'm wondering if I've ever seen you at C'est What? :)

Okay, so who's writing the book on this one? Dirty Martini?

Surely someone's been keeping track of the flag's adventures, and now that it has its own theme song...

You mean we even have an ANTHEM now?

BongoBoy, you're a certifiable loon. This song is extraordinary. Nobody's ever mentioned me in the lyrics to one before. Dear ghod.

Thank you for doing this. Wow. I may swoon.

I owe you a beer or six, sir.

Hey, BB. Thanks for the awesome anthem!!! Recently I have had limited internet access and what a treat to find this thread when I checked in...and a reply from Stewart himself...we all must now be on high alert for the rest of the tour...I personally love it when Stewart sings (can't get enough actually) and one never knows what could be in the works...

I knew there was something I was forgetting to do before I hit the sack.

I was grinning from ear to ear listening and singing along with the official Flag Theme song, BB.

Thank you so much. Just like Gio said, we have so many wonderful, creative souls on this site.

I hope we all get to sing this song together one day.

Peace.

xoxo
Good work BB. Andy and Sting are very exited about your song. Just the sort of new material that we've been looking for! We should have it worked into the set by Munich...
YEAH RIGHT ... fuck off!

DirtyMartini, I hope you DO write that book! :) I'm sure someone here has connections in the biz (my own are just to the publishers of my own book, who deal with pop culture subjects) and you'll have plenty of willing collaborators and contributors. Plus... you have a *proven* audience :)

From what I've seen here over the past weeks while I read the forum, you've got all the creative sides covered, but if there's any way I can help out, count me in :)

Heh. Thanks, Michelle.

But first we've got to get Bongo on the airwaves.

And it would probably be prudent to wait until after munich. You need to know at the outset whether you are writing a celebratory tome, or a tragic tale of unforseen fatal consequences

Jeez, bongo on the airwaves? Easy, peezy...

YouTube vid, of course :) Huge internet sensation. Stephen Colbert gets a hold of it, BOOM... guest on the show.

Publishers line up at your door, book deal for you, SC.net fans take down the Amazon.com server trying to order an advance copy.

Hey. It could happen
long time reader, first time poster,

but this was way too good to not post a response to.

I downloaded this right away and its now (kind of) screaming through my dorm room. I wonder if people will get annoyed.

I'm kind of already "That girl that loves those old guys". I was about to kill someone for referring to The Police as "those old guys".

Damn college kids :)
Welcome, NPearce10! I'm single-handedly trying to turn all of my students (I'm a college professor) into Police fans, so hopefully you won't be alone! They'll soon realize that "those old guys" totally rock.

The more I listen to BB's song, the deeper it seeps into my brain ...

If DM writes a book ...then maybe one of those "audio books" where they get some celebrity to read it on CD.

just in case ...background music? (cough)...heh,heh.

So essentially we don't wait for Stewart and The Police to make stuff, we create our OWN merchandice !!!

Phaty checked in....

now we can move on....or whatever...

Fuck off self !
Shut Up!
