I don't know how it happend. One minute I'm thinking about how much I really want to hear Stewart hit that gong at least one more time. And then I notice the date for the Philadelphia show is the one year anniversary of when I got my cancer diagnosis. And before you can say "CHA!" I've bought myself a ticket for the Philadelphia show on Novemver 14th.

What did I just do?! I live in DENVER! I haven't been on an airplane in eight years! I'm going to see THE POLICE! SQUEEEEEE!!

Whoa, I need to lie down. I feel dizzy...

mt, weeeeeeellll, I think we were thinking of drawing up a statute when we went on hiatus (Bets going to concert and al, EL not feeling well, Lynne and I overwhelmed with work, the thread swallowed by the European Invasion- about freaking time they had their moment!).

Basically, you can be a floozie if
- You love Stewart to death but this is a given
- You like to drink or spill Orangina on people's clothes
- You indulge in talking about sports like polo or golf for reasons that have nothing to do with said sports
- You have no shame when it comes to Lemon and Cucumber satin shorts and related pictures
- You have a VERY active imagination, but you have enough class to hint at things, no ~~~~~~ behavior (no IN YOUR FACE statement on the forum)
- In real life, you love and respect Stewart as a human being, musician extraordinaire, husband, father and you are able to repress obvious feelings towards Mrs. Fiona's Luck by remembering that she makes Stewart happy, makes Stewart's children happy, makes a home for him and so you end up loving her by default.
- We'll meet again, don't know where, don't know when and will all get drunk at Uncle Ian's memory (bless him).
How's that?

Oh, yes, SORRY for the hi-jack. You will have a blast. Wish I could go- but I think I am getting my fair share of turns- this place, this tour, does this to you.

I'm grabbing friends I barely know to come along for this wild ride. Travelling with people I have just met on the board. And while it may seem nutz to some, it all makes perfect sense to me.

So, I completely understand shyvixen- and you know, it's about time you turn this date into something POSITIVE in your life- take it back sisttah!

I'm still dizzy. Part of me says I can't afford this but the other part says I can't afford not to. After the year I've had, kicking cancer's butt and my dad passing away, I need this. The show in June was great, but it was so soon after my chemo I was exhausted. Now I'm healthier, stronger, and I have fab hair. And a floor seat - tee-hee!

I hope I'll get to meet some other SC.nutters and Floozies at the show.
