DM, oh no!

there is no Flag for Vienna

JOURNEY 7: Geneva to Munich
After the Sept. 16 Geneva show, Giovanni transports the flag to Munich, where he hands it off to phaty.

STOP 7: SEPTEMBER 22 - Munich (phaty)

that's just too sad and I can't make it because I already went to Vienna this year for my grandma's birthday.

Nope, no Vienna, pfan. Had to send the Flag to Geneva with Gio or to Vienna with Dietmar -- couldn't do both. Austria will just have to forgive us.

So, Dietmar will be in Vienna empty handed.

Oh well, I know you try to do your best, DM :)

Dietmar's got a half dozen shows with the Flag. I think he'll be okay going dateless for that one.

Well planned, folks![/quote]

Gees, Kel. We'll have to take you along the next time we're planning a big bank heist. I can just hear the Mission Impossible music now.

Thanks, SS. The Italian Job would be cake. And vodka.

Just an FYI to folks -- I'm working on the fall schedule stuff, but since Management is still adding new dates to Europe (DAMN YOU, STEWART!), I can't even pretend that the fall tour schedule is complete. I'll be starting to dole out assignments soon, but everyone please understand that ALL assignments will be tentative and at risk of being pulled due to logistical limitations.

Thanks, everyone.

DM, I can't say that there may be a surprise or two (SURPRISE!), but don't sweat too much.

CHAlloween is the 31st, and they need to freight the gear back- so I think Wembley will be the last show....

CHAlloween is scheduled for MSG- I don't have a ticket, but I am showing up and stowing away in someone's purse!

Oh wait, no, that's Sally! Unfortunately, I don't deflate (no farting jokes Kaly!)

And yes, Halloween in UK= lame. PS Halloween in NZ = lame too. My kids were happy to move home- more candy-filled holidays!

Oh RRRIGHT! Sorry. Had too much coffee.
MSG I read *MonoSodiumGlutammate instead of Madison Square Garden.

I have been there twice. How could I forget? The serial killer faced scalpers, the impossibility to find a taxi in the snow, the fine, friendly neighborood, the enormity of the venue with rows after rows of cell phones screen instead of the lighters my old self remembered
...Just imagine all that and more on Halloween Night!
I usually reserve All Hallow's Eve to my Type O Negative Worship...
I am sure it's sold out anyway.

First, thank you, Sandy. You are always very kind.

Yeah, and happily, in a RARE moment of information-divulging, TPT mentioned what Wembley will be the "third and final London date. The European tour will end with a one-off gig at Wembley Arena on 20th October 2007."

Challoween is going to be such a blast. The August MSG shows were absolutely amazing. Plus, since it's one of the markets that "matters," the stakes are higher -- the band really take no prisoners in NYC.

Of course, it just occurred to me that Challoween will also be the first show after a hiatus. A brief hiatus, no doubt -- but it will probably mean a bit of working-out-the-kinks hilarity to ensue as well.

Should be a krazy night.

For those of you, like myself, who like to track the tour as well as the flag along it's journey, I give you a handy dandy downloadable desktop wallpaper for easy reference. I've already had to tweek it because of the Wembley show addition. =)
