Dive, no need to apologize LOL...I hope all is going well with the remodeling and there's no need to feel obligated to look up anything at this point. It's a bummer my original idea for an SCnet party didn't pan out and I should be the one apologizing for not figuring something else for the night of the shows but it'll happen, and in plenty of time to get the word out, no worries <smile>

Fiction Plane in De Melkweg...that is a really good idea...and maybe they'll introduce a guest or 2...just kidding, well you never know..still no answer from my brother, I'll just try again. As for a location, public transport in Amsterdam is not very difficult, but the Arena area is a bit. We'll see then. When are you flying, GinaS ?

I haven't booked that one-way flight yet but have been checking Skyscanner daily and imagine I'll be there either 11amish or shortly after noon. As soon as I know I'll let you know! I saw that FP will be playing at De Melkweg. But, I feel like I've seen Joe, et al a zillion times already and am adding another 3X by 9/15. Maybe we can find some other form of entertainment for Saturday.

Is everyone standing in the field for both shows??

Was just making remarks to hub about CHAlloween....good lord. Nine times I'll have seen this band by then. I think it may be a record, for all but the local bands I used to see every week back in college...

Maybe you're right, we'll have had 2 doses of FP by then in Amsterdam. And it's really the Police we're there for. Have to think of something else then.

Unfortunately no standing for me - at least not in the field. I've had my share of that - as I'm quite small I don't enjoy being in the middle of the crowd and missing the show (too many shoulders and heads in the way).
