Hmm Lets see, I have met, Stewart My fave of course.
Billy Ray Cyrus, Lars Ulrich from Metallica, Shannon Sharpe (football) Joey Tempest and Europe (With John Norum Sexy guys) Y&T san francisco bay area band.. (I used to be Joey Alves coctail waitress and bartender at a local hangout) Some members of Night Ranger, Eddie Money. Clint Black, Alan Jackson. Kippi Brannon (country singer)

However, Stewart is the only one out of all these folks I have met that made me emotional, thus why I chose the quote I put on my poster about how do you affect those people you speak to. Very fitting. I knew I would cry. He is beautiful and worth it.

Who else would I like to meet?

I'm happy not to be a fan and/or collector of Presley or The Beatles....too many things to buy!!!

I like their music anyway, I love the last few years of The Beatles and as to Presley, I have a greatest hits, that's it.

Elvis was an awesome singer, he inspired a lot of people. Still his latest years were corny and the music sucked, with rare exceptions (In the Ghetto). I don't think I will ever forgive him for ruining Bridge Over Troubled Water, one of my favorites ever.

As for the Beatles, they are a Faith. At least for me.

Without a doubt, two of the four most inspirational artists of the XX century (Dylan and Bowie the others).

I attended a Ringo Starr and the All Stars concert...The Beatles broke up when I was a child.
To my knowledge, Elvis never played Italy when I was there, and he died when I was a teenie weenie. But my younger brother used to be a fan and I know all of Aloha from Hawaii by heart.
BTW I adore Suspicious Mind, even if (waits for pelting) I prefer the Fine Young Cannibals version (memories...)

Me too; I'm just a fan of those IRS bands!

The only Elvis song that gets me going is A Little Less Conversation, although there are plenty of others that I know, intellectually, are important.

Nah...unfortunately not. It had the guy from Supertramp, GREG LAKE on bass (and he played with Howard Jones at the keyboards...where is the HORROR icon - No one can replace Keith for me) who also winked at yours truly several times when I ran to the first row during Ian Hunter's All the Young Dudes, our "My Generation" anthem...ahem...why always the ones you DON'T like?
There was also Sheila E. on drums and Ringo played some songs as well, among which, of course "Love me do", which he did not play on record...He is a Sweetie and a pacifist and one of the nicest stars I have ever seen.

Now MY husband takes the prize...he has seen John Lennon and Yoko Ono at the famous Detroit Concert for John Sinclair, featured in the movie the US vs. John Lennon. I think this is really a feather in his cap. He is a huge Lennon fan to my being a Paulie girl forever...

You guys don't like ELVIS the vegas years ?

I was a kid and watched the "first" world satillite TV concert...Elvis in Hawaii...it was awesome. He has a great 1970's style drummer. It's all hand gestures and posing...Fun !

He can sing though..(gospel too)..this is NOT the era when he was fat. This is the white suit and he's younger...kinda.

I love his disco version of "C.C. Rider" I don't know if it's on Youtube but it's great.

I don't dress like him and I don't have any of his cd's....but I like him.
