HA! found my old fan club booklet!

Yes, I agree. I don't think we're groupies. Now, Lue Ann. That's another story. But anyway, we're just fans of a very talented man. And, sometimes we discuss things beyond his talents and how much we appreciate said things .

But, I truly am amazed at his talent and drumming skills. I have found myself watching him in awe with my jaw dropped to the floor at the shows I've been to. The man's a freakin' dynamo behind his kit.
He also happens to be VERY easy on the eyes 8) and it's fun to be a silly girl about it sometimes.

BTW, I never heard of a camel toe or moose knuckle before I came here either. One never stops learning!
Stewart and Stanley together again!! YO!

This taught me all I needed to know:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3I64m0x6wI

I think it's hilarious!!

EL, I take Valium because.....I'm a nervous wreck, and I am under continuous pressure from work and other things. I also take betablockers and Zoloft, and I am still a nervous wreck. But all under medical supervision.

Sometimes when I am artificially calm I feel I do make sense and say really what I think. Other times my impulsive and live wire nature gets the better of me and I become the little sobbing Beatlefan of lore.
Which, given my age and the fact that I am a respected professional, I must take under control. Blabbering over there is also a way to release the stress, the tiredness, the constant thought of deadlines looming.
Anyway, enough of that. ....

Did I mention I love you girls? [hugs]
I think we can call our small group The Floozies With No Shame.
We should get drunk (very easy with me, just give me an Orangina and I pass out) together and sing a list of songs I have in mind.
I have the feeling that Ian would have loved to join us and have a laugh or two. When you have seen the Grim Reaper in the face, all these conventional repressed behavior makes you puke.
EL, we should have a VERY private conversation about your avatar. I am definitely not a groupie, but I am a human being and I can only take so much visually speaking.

Nah, don't delete anything. That's sooo LueAnnish. Now, once you post something, have the courage of your opinions, even if you get a pelting.

I don't know the movie in question, but best case scenario:

THEY come to play in Victoria (or Vancouver, just an hour on that spectacular ferry ride for you!). We get together, get "drunk" in my case with Orangina, and have a singing session before Fiction Plane comes up. If they don't throw us out, that is...
You might teach me Valley Girl songs and I can recite all the Serengeti monologue...I would like Samburu, Lynne and Edina to be with us: they win a lottery and can come too!!!!
Then we enjoy the best Koncert of our lives (I get to shout POTATONOSE! to Stingo in his earshot too!)
Dream on, girl, dreams become your reality (It is true with nightmares). :D
