sjr, I'd loooove a copy of those Brian James sets as I'm a pretty big Damned fan. (Going to see the Fleshtones open for the Hoodoo Gurus in Hoboken next month, speaking of powerful 80s rockers...)[/quote]

Yeah- no problem
I will put 2 songs here this weekend.
Rough takes, and I really think the vocals are pretty bad, but the drums are in perfect stereo and sound great...after all that's what it's all about!

speaking of 80's rockers....I saw Cheap Trick recently and I really really want to see them again! I taped the show and listen to it constantly.
I guess I love Cheap Trick too...who knew

while we're nattering on about the KK stuff, i'll take this opportunity to mention that i met Stewart before the screening of 'everyone stares' in london last october.

i thrust my 7" of 'Don't Care' and a silver pen into his hands.
He started to sign his name on the sleeve. I was surprised to see that he is left-handed.
i stopped him halfway, and said "could you sign it Klark?"
He said "Yeah, sure, i don't think i've signed 'Klark' before"
He started to write and said, in typical stewart drawl;
"hmm, the pen's a bit globby, isn't it?"

i just stood there, dumbstruck, shaking, trying to say anything more than "nngh".
but now i have my signed 7" in a frame next to the signed Animal Logic LP which i won from the outlandos club in 1989.. hurrah.
this post isn't deisgned to make anyone jealous or anything negative, just wanted to share...... but about once a day i think "it's a bit globby"

Sjr,

Downloaded the KK tracks and listened to them on the way home.

Thanks so much for posting.
When the time comes that these are officially re-issued, be rest assured I will be purchasing.
