I found a picture of pink Chuck Taylors...I think I will try to change my avatar later. First I must step away from the computer and do dishes, and get ready for early morning furniture delivery AND the cable guy is coming.

Holy cow, I spend six hours in a car and then the evening at a cocktail party, and miss all of this? You people are insane-in-a-good-way!

Pink Chucks and green striped tube socks, yay! A new share-the-love avatar meme ...

I think that the idea of painting tube socks and pink trainers on Sally is a good idea. The shorts and shirt probably have to be real for decency's sake, but the socks and shoes would be likely to come off in a shot in the crowd.

Ohhhh, I wish I was going to be able to see this ...
i saw an interview with him wearing that hat.... um, interesting.

is ac/dc opening up for the police on the second leg?
Noooo...not that hat. Not the t-shirt either but that doesn't mean I don't love Sting! But he's been getting the love for years now on his own web site.

This is starting to sound like that old George Carlin joke ("Give Klaus my love...")

I am just glad that Andy will FINALLY be getting a little of that special SC.net Luvin'!!! I think he's going to to do a kick jump when he spies His Sally, or at least a hearty belly laugh at this one.
Bravo, once again, for the special events folks!!!!! 8)

So do I need to post the foot pump to the states?

Been thinking about that guy that's been left out.

Googling 'inflatable lutes' now.
You gotta wonder what Stewart says to the other guys about this. I dearly hope he's ribbing the hell out of them (Andy in particular) that fans from his *website* are doing this.

That is where fanfiction comes in Dive.

I like the idea of Sting fans doing downward dogs. That's the one Yoga move i can do.

I got pinks chucks too in ohoror of Andy Summers. They are my new favorite shoes. I'm wearing them now. My eight year old neighbor wants a pair. As usual I'm right on point with that demographic.

The really pathetic thing is that even though I've worn pink Chucks for a big chunk of my life, the last time I had a pair was about 4 years ago, and I found that I couldn't wear them any more because they don't have enough arch support! Even putting in my orthotics didn't help. Definitely a "getting old sucks" moment.

So sadly, unless I can think of a way to make pink Chucks more orthopedic, I'm going to have to find some other way to honor Andy. Not changing my name to Sally, though ...

Have you tried inserts? Dr. Scholls maybe?

Yeah, I have to wear inserts in my chucks. Have you tried Superfeet? They are the best for high arches.

I know, I know we are posting about our orthotic preferences. We are sooooo old!

Still no luck on the hat with wings. It may be time to get the construction paper & pipe cleaners out :D

At least we still have some time.

Next thing you know we'll be wheeled around in a wheelchair complaining about how we need to be lifted up so we can fart ...

I've got flat feet and plantar fasciitis, so I've got orthotics that are like Superfeet but a bit more padded. Still don't do the trick, even with a Dr. Scholl's padded bed on top. Oh well ...

But the good news is that the most comfortable orthopedic footwear for me turns out to be ... cowboy boots! So I've been rockin' the cowboy boot and tube sock style for a while, much like NiNa did in Cleveland!
