Highlight of 1st leg of 2007 Tour

"The Post" got me to join the forum as well. I had lurked for awhile, checking it out even before it became the official site of Stewart (this current site is a conversion of the Italian site, right?), but I never really <<got>> the whole forum thing until "The Post"

i love everything. i have been on cloud 9, so to speak, since the grammy's performance. i am a happier person than i was before all of this and i credit it to this fanfuckingtastic band!

i wasn't going to go to any more shows, but i have changed my mind. i don't care what it takes. when they come back to the states, i'm finding the best seats i can at any venue and going. i don't care where it is. i don't care if my husband gets pissed - I DON'T CARE!

Being right up against the rail as The Police walked out of the show in St. Louis and raising my arms and yelling and Andy seeing me and doing the same. Not sure if he heard me yelling "STAY TOGETHER FOR FUCK'S SAKE!!!"

And being chased back to my tent by little minature dewbacks (lizard things from the first star wars movie) after the show at Bonnaroo.

The highlight for me was just being present at the second Denver show. And perhaps hitting the deer and smashing my car on the way home, but that was back in Montana and week later...

I love this site. I always knew I couldn't possibly be the only person who felt this way!!! And all those who have teased and taunted me have all been proven wrong!!!

There is a whole world of fabulous and whack-o Police People who have found each other and shall rule the world...well at least the fabulous world created here to save me from a not so harsh, but occasionally boring reality!!!

Thanks for accepting me into this home away from home...

And THANKS TO THE POLICE for their beautiful music and a second chance to experience it!!!!
They're only cheques I've left unsigned from the banks of chaos in my mind!

the shows, the credit card bills, the flag, but most of all....

ALL YOU CRAZY MOTHAS!!!!!

seriously, the BEST part of this is having you crazies to share this with! Even if no one else gets it, I feel like someone (many) get this part of me.

<sob><sob>

For example, who else would make me a t-shirt and get me schnozzled and hug me the first night they met me? Making a new best friend. priceless.

Betsy, where we going next????

Personal hightlights...

1. Seeing The Police live for the first time in Philly on 7/19

2. Deciding at 3:45 PM the next day to drive to Hershey, met awesome SCnutters, got to sign the flag, met chiefem and his wife from the Tpt forum who ended up giving me and extra ticket to the show!

3. Reading all of the great reviews and observations from everyone on this site

4. Everyone's great pics

5. Talking shop with other drummers

6. New t-shirts galore

7. Hearing a few days after the Philly show that they'll be back in Nov...let that anticipation begin!

Speaking of which, what's the fashion etiquette, is it ok to wear tube socks and white short shorts after Labor Day?

1. vancouver was awesome & LA/dodger stadium had it own fantastic merits.

2. having a new closet full of shirts, hoodies & SOCKS.

3. meeting (virtually so far) all of you nutters - you're all so crazily cool & hilarious. don't know how i got along without this board for so long. your posts & photos have kept my enthusiasm up for months now. :D

so thanks to ALL OF YOU and STEWART, Andy & Sting for a colossal first leg!

My highlight was not just being there at the 05/28 show but seeing how thrilled Stewart was at the end of the show! I think he was the most excited more so than Andy and Sting!
