Flag-Spotting / Beat the Beans Outta Boston, STEWART!!!

Postby DirtyMartini on 27 Jul 2007 17:59

Love it, sockii.

Please do text one of us so we know you've arrived.

And yeah, I'll give Sunday info later -- better to give them to the poor guy one at a time. (Plus, this thread is confusing enough.)
Dramatic highlights & a unique musical cosmos. Guaranteed.

Oh man, all this Boston Show(s) chatter/excitement has me
"...so jealous,
"...so jealous,
"...so jealou-ous!"
If a DC show emerges, keep us posted about any SC.net meet-ups. Got tired of the "a tad looney-but cute " comments a bit ago.AND explaining no, am NOT going to a Sting concert....although Mr. Sting is a spot on bassist, to be fair.
Fly that flag, folks!! Safe travels. :)
Have fun guys Saturday night!

vespapod and I will be on the road probably until pretty late, but I'll text some of y'all when we get in so you know we're safe and sound. Looking forward to seeing some familiar & new faces on Sunday at the C&F get-together. Oh, and in case of rain for Sunday night, I just went and made the following and had it laminated for protection:

(I'm sure we'll have a separate post for flag-spotting on Sunday, so we'll leave it at that for now, don't want to confuse Stewart on where to look!)
Sockii, that's great!!! Good thinking!

I fear we may send Sting into therapy by the end.

Cheif SC.net meteorologist Skip here...We're looking at scattered thunderstorms this evening with s few possible showers late. Low 66F. Winds SSW at 5-10mph. Chance of rain 40%, but you know what?

Ok, the red eye blew and it's humid as all get out here. Why do I always forget it's going t be humid when I head East in the summer?

Still a chance of thunderstorms, so the flag replacement is a great idea.

i am sooooo tired from the red eye but toooooo wired to sleep!

10 hours til showtime!

8 hours till BeerWorks!

oooooops, i think i need that Depends now.

The luggage is packed, the cd wallet stocked, the tickets protected in plastic baggies and double/triple/quadruple checked until my OCD is fully satisfied (for the next hour or so), and now it's just the wait until vespa finishes work and we can HIT DA ROAD.

Looking forward to seeing a lot of you tomorrow!
