caliglula treat your woman to a nice dinner! She deserves it.

I can see the reasoning in my husband's words, he has done his crazy fandom things, but he considers this insane. The fact is that Copeland Fans Are Insane...

How do you explain Copelanditis to somebody whose favorite artists are the ironically Canadian Neil Young and Joni Mitchell? :?:

That sucks but you made the right choice. I am still hoping on Atlanta, but I know what you mean. The stress of adding another trip with toddler to our lives right now plus the money is making it seem miles away from a reality.

I'm giong to lay off planning for a few months till I get my financial house in order. It's not worth loosing your marriage over.

If lost, I will return to Paddington Station

Nah, it's just that we are one of those couples that argue very rarely (also because we have offices respectively in the North and South of the house and are constantly busy working), so when we do, one notices and wonders...WOW! We are fighting!

The news from the stock market today were literally frightening. We are SO glad we already went to Europe. The dollar is worth squat right now.
Da P'lice will maybe add more dates in Europe if things keep going in this direction...Those pounds and Euros sound more appetizing now.

Yeah, no shit. It is really a good thing to be earning pounds right now. We had our UK trip earlier this summer and it was agonizing. It was just fucking expensive. I kept converting everything. $6 for a root beer. $7 for a triangle sandwich from a gas station. $3 for a glass of milk in the pub for the baby. Aggggh.

Ya, a Konvention in Europe anytime soon is definitely out of the question for me.

Candu Kalypso....Ronnies drive thru here we come!
I can't imagine having to explain our Copelanditis with anybody that is not a believer. I guess the fact that they're back after so many years is reason enough and we may never see them do this again.
I like Neil Young and Joni Mitchell too but there is just no degree of Canadian content that can hold a candle to these guys...BAR NONE.
(Sorry Rush fans - and I'm one of them)

Yes, that was my strongest argument. To which he answered, yeh, yeh, they always say that, look at the Who, look at all the bands that swore "Never Again"...

I'd be very surprised if they didn't add at least one west coast stop in the Winter... I'm sure they'll be back.

No prob with that. 2 of our best friends are German, he is not religious and has no karma with the grandchildren of "those". He has more problem with Italians asking if they could spare $5,000 to see the Police.

This one is dedicated to Mister Kalypso ... you cheap motherfucker!

It is cheaper to keep her

When your little girl makes you mad
You get an attitude and pack your bag
Five little children that youre leaving behind
Youre gonna pay some alimony or do some time

Its cheaper to keep her (cheaper to keep her)
Its cheaper to keep her (cheaper to keep her)
See when you get to staring that judge in the face
Youre gonna wanna cuss the whole human race
Its cheaper to keep her (cheaper to keep her)
Too much to leave that little girl (cheaper to keep her)
Its cheaper, its cheaper, cheaper, its cheaper
Its cheaper, its cheaper
Its cheaper cheaper cheaper cheaper, yeah

You didnt pay for two dollars to bring the girl home
Now you're about to pay two thousand to leave alone
See another woman out there, you wanna make a change
She ain't gonna watch you cause you wont have a damn thing

Its cheaper to keep her (cheaper to keep her)
Cheaper to keep her (cheaper to keep her)
The time you get to looking at the judge in the face
Youre gonna wanna cuss the whole human race
Its cheaper to keep her (cheaper to keep her)
Cost too much to leave (its cheaper to keep her)
Its cheaper, cheaper, its cheaper, its cheaper
Its cheaper, cheaper
Cheaper cheaper cheaper cheaper, yeah

If you decide to roam
And leave your happy home
You gotta pay the house note
The child support, your insurance
Alimony, morgage 1, morgage 2

Its cheaper to keep her
Its cheaper to keep her
Its cheaper to keep her
Its cheaper to keep her
Its cheaper to keep her
Its cheaper to keep her
Its cheaper to keep her
Its cheaper to keep her

Its cheaper, to keep her!

I'm still laughing at this........reminds me of an episode of Two And A Half Men when Alan gets his divorce from Judith finalized and is parading around Charlie's place saying "No more alimony...no more alimony!"
Fuck that show cracks me up (after Trailer Park Boys of course!)
