Murder by Numbers at Vancouver 2007 (video)

I don't know. Stewart has been quoted as saying "Murder" is one of his fave performances. Not to mention, Stewart has never been shy to just talk a lot of shite for the hell of it.

But really, who cares? Just listen to him. Hot damn and hell yeah.
Dramatic highlights & a unique musical cosmos. Guaranteed.

I agree. Stewart has alot of technique that has been derived from jazz, and I read somewhere also that he loved playing the track live. All the BS about hating jazz musicians is just to wind them up for a laugh. Andy is a jazzbo so I wonder what he thinks of stews comments

If he hating jazz musicians, he never admired Buddy Rich and he admires him a lot... Perhaps, Stew don't like some attitudes from "some" jazz musicians the ones who thinks they are ultra-first class musicians and who deslikes "rock"... is the same with some "non comercial" rockers who thinks they are the fith essence of rock and dislike the rest who never be part of "woodstock" or Led Zeppellin period...

Well, I read the comments on the magazine and the readers weren't amused at all. The best of the comments on Stewart's interview was "What a tool!".
Besides, he made fun of Billy Cobham and led Stanley Clarke totally astray for a while, sequin jacket and all...

I still have to hear a Stewart song (with NO Sting writing or arrangements) where I can detect classic jazz influences.
