I've become very eco friendly lately. My A/C died a very slow and painful death. So that means that the huge central air/heating system is completely shut off, not even the fan is going. Also many lights, the stove, and the computer is getting shut off during the hottest part of the day. Also not using a whole lot of hot water, you don't even want to consider a hot shower or bath.
I seem to be getting readjusted to the hot humid temps of the midwest, and am thinking of not bothering with turning on the air conditioning once we do get it replaced.
