OK, I'm back home now and have a little more time before I have to hit the road tomorrow for St. Louis. The tube socks, while making me feel like I'm taking things a bit, er, far, appear to be lotsa fun for the other fans. We got A LOT of comments, especially once we hit Bourbon Street last night.
Apparently some folks thought we were rocking the Catholic schoolgirl look, which made for much hilarity amongst our merry band. Kitty and I were joined by TPTers plutonic and donnanj and some other friends for our foray into moral slippage out in the French Quarter, and I'm hoping we can all do it again (at the MSG Halloween show perhaps).
Also, wearing the SC.net shirt night after night makes it pretty easy for folks to pick the Stewart-centric fans out of the crowd (no disrespect to Andy, who tears it up every show, intended). A lot of people have asked me about the shirts, personally, and we may continue to add cool fans to the forum here since it pays to advertise.
