Because of all the bad reviews a lot of poeple are opting out of their tickets.
Wrigley was sold out and now they relesed a whole bunch of tickets.

It has nothing to do with reviews. All sales final -- you can't just opt out cuz you don't want to go. If you could, no one would ever get stuck reselling tix.

These would be seats that were held back from the original sale for some purpose (maybe corporate) that ended up not being taken, so they open them up to the public.
