Um, I gotta say two or three of these uber-cheesecake user avatars are making me throw up in my mouth a little. I for one vote ix-nay on the higher-cropping-ay.

Unless you want me to find a way to make Abba songs play when my avatar displays, or post naked pictures of David Hasselhoff, or something equally distasteful to your sensibilities.

Oh, the "Things to Do" list just grows and grows!

Now added:
1.) Buy tube-socks.
2.) Find photographic genius who can turn tube-socks into quasi-attractive fashion statement.
3.) Finally take the time to figure out how the hell to create avatar!!

Unfortunately, (or very fortunately, really) I just got back from Phoenix and have so many "real life" things to do that by the time I get around to the above I suspect you'll all have moved on to short-shorts avatars!

Yeah, seriously. I do think the semi-porn avatar is a bit much. The history of this site is such that a lot of people have tried pretty hard to keep things G-rated, the occasional salty language nonwithstanding.

Since "I just joined", I guess this is aimed at me, as well as a few other quotes. Although I would never consider Scarlett Johansson a "semi-porn star" I will remove the picture. I didn't mean to offend any of the ladies here, I say ladies because I didn't see any men complaining. So back to Dream Theater avatars. Again, sorry ladies.
