What's the Krypton consensus on a new album? Not just an acoustic rehash of the old stuff. Any hopes of a new studio album?

Heh. Good luck getting a Krypton Konsensus on anything, FOYC. Other than a love for SC and tube socks, that is.
Reports are mixed, opinions from the band vague, noncommittal, and sometimes contradictory. (It's like a little Police puzzle game.
) Which is, of course, their right.
My personal view is that a new Police album would be pretty incredible, but I'm not going to lose any sleep if it doesn't come to fruition.
If it happens, we'll find out then.

Yeah, what she said....I never thought I'd get to see the Police live and in concert in my lifetime, so I suppose another album isn't too far fetched?

If they did, I would really hope they would film that event for a dvd release. What I would die to see done is Stuart taking a page from Mike Portnoy and use a "drumcam" to show him playing on the c.d. I love that kind of stuff.
