Excellent official photos from Roo

I am bummed that my camera stinks and most of my pics from roo are not very good, especially of the Police and when DMotD and I went up before soundcheck and took several pics of the stage setup before the show from the front of the field area <cry> But the great news is that the pics of people did come out well (us signing the flag, us with the flag, etc.) and when I get those uploaded and sorted out from the chaff and get permission from the relevant parties I'll post em here!

Even better news: I was just looking at the Bonnaroo site and the official pics are freaking amazing, especially of the Police. There are some of the best pics of Stewart I've seen, hands down, from this tour in that gallery and so I'm just mentioning this here in case y'all want to check it out. Am printing some of them off to hang up in the drum room since I've been waiting for some great current shots of Stewart from this tour!

Go there, click on "Saturday" on the left frame and then "Police" from there...excellent shots of all the other bands, too! You can scroll through the thumbnails and just get the ones of Stewart that way if you don't want to slideshow or view them all, btw.

Yeah, it sure is...they all came out blurry I think it was particularly the dust and the fact that the camera can't take any single iota of movement whatsoever, and furthermore on the night of the Police it's batteries went dead and then it proceeded to drain another two pair of new batteries, I think its a goner...it's a shame we had to learn that with a Police concert but we know now so we'll have to add it to the list <grin>
