Brief help needed from any French-speaking friends...

I have a friend who needs a couple phrases translated from English to French for a project...just a few sentences and phrases. I took a stab myself with my rusty high school French but I don't trust myself to have it right, but I thought there might be someone here who could help out? This being such a wonderful international place an all.
