What do you think about THE POLICE 2007?

I think is a fabulous, amazing, a charming re-invented return to the rock scene!

I love what they do with lot of the songs I only have the chance to watch on youtube and www.thepolice.com EPK video concert trailer and I am totally satisfied with this newest POLICE 2007!!!

I liked what they sounds, the enhance in quality sound of Stew drums-percussion, the great capacity of Sting's voice and great bass lines, the fireworks Andy makes on guitar that painting the atmosphera of POLICE songs and a great surprise what he well do on backing vocals gives THE POLICE songs a great dimenssion on stage.

For me: AMAZING-EXCELLENT!!!!

I was beyond myself, dancing the whole 90 minutes, even though I'm 8 months pregnant! The Police worked hard for the applause and on top of that, they were humble, funny and warm. I love them!

They were so still. It was like they haven't been taking their calcium, and were afraid they might brake a bone or something. It's probably just the clips they chose.

Stewart is just amazing. Sting is letting him have a huge place, and Andy too (long guitar parts he is offering to our ears). Stewart is a show man, when he jumps from the drums to a percussion set.

I couldn't vote, because I really like what they do, how could one say it's bad. It's like asking ho doesn't like a piece of Swiss chocolate ?
But as I do have some reserves : I wish they would play Next To You as an opener, a sort of intro to give the mood of all the rest.

Hmm.. It's early days on their world tour, so no vote from me yet
But watching the videos from Youtube (btw. thx for the links Jose) they'd sound great, but in my opinion too disciplined.
I want more agression, more wildness, but what the he.. Sting, Andy and Stewart are not exactly in their 20's anymore!

I didn't vote for that same reason: too early I think.

From what I've heard (FC and 05-28 boots), it sounds quite good, but difficult to say because of the sound. And listening to a boot will never be the same than being at the concert. I can't wait!

Anyway, I'm glad they modified the songs, even if some are not perfect (Don't stand so close to me). We're in 2007, and The Police are in 2007 too, not in 1984. Very good news!
