Barcelona sale starts today! (13 April)

that's the show I'm trying to get to!!! Would anybody know the stadium and have hints on what area would have the best seats? I'd naturally prefer to be 5 feet from the band
Right now I'm just worrying how the TPT code hassle will work out, especially if I try to do this at work (and possibly during a meeting too)

Honestly, for so many years I've dreamed of a trip to Barcelona, seeing all the Gaudi places, drinking Cava, raiding the Muxart shoe shop... and now I get to do all that and see the Police too! It will take a while for all this to sink in. :D
Funny thing is that I'm travelling with a fellow middle-aged old-scool police fan, and she hasn't yet dared to tell her husband she's going
But it will all be sorted out smoothly I'm sure :D

Yes, with my wife we'll take the opportunity to visit the "Sagrada Familia", but the day after the concert. I think we'll be - er... I'll be, in fact ; she likes the Police, but not as far as I do - too much obsessed by the event to enjoy doing the tour of the city the same day!
If you know other Gaudi places, I'd appreciate you mention them, so we can enjoy plainly our trip!

Hi Rapa!, how´re you doing!?

I am not from BCN (Barcelona), but I really do love this city. It si, simply, WONDERFULL.

As Gaudi´s works examples, don´t miss Casa Batló, Palau Güell, Parque Güell, Casa Milá, and the wonderfull Sagrada Familia cathedral. If you have time, try to visit Colonia Güell (in Santa Coloma de Cornellá I think), where the famous Cripta is sited.

And other many places in BCN, as Barrio Gótic, adn El Born, with lots of restaurants, and pubs...

Enjoy your visit, and see you at Olimpic Stadium!

A big thanks to both of you for the infos!

Juan, I have family not too far from San Sebastian, but on the other border: Biarritz and around. I hope one day I can live there.

Hi PhilippeC and Rapa!

PhilippeC: Biarritz is another marvelous city to live in. Did you know that once Biarritz was the summer city for the european good-living and bonne-vivant people?, very similar what now are San Marino, Niza and cities like that. San Sebastian is very similar to Biarritz; in some sense, San Sebastian is a french city in spanish dominions... And both of them are VERY EXPENSIVE... But very good to live in... Enjoy if you have the chance to come to the Basque Country.

Rapa: BCN is a nice city to reunite some Stewart´s fans. If Gio came to BCN, we could make a semi-official international reunion... Barcelona, with Gaudi and Stewart: to great and unique artists, in a unique city... Whatta da ya think about?.

See you all at Olimpis Stadium!

Ciao!

Ola Juan,

Yes, I was aware Biarritz was this city. One of my cousin used to work in the famous hotel near the Casino, where the stars used to spend their holidays.

The idea of an international reunion after the concert is quite good! We keep in touch.
