What could be the country you vote for being visited by THE POLICE in 2007-08 World Tour?

My vote is obvious....my country "Peru" (28 million people and THE POLICE recognized by peruvians like one of the biggest bands in rock n'roll history)

It would be cool to see them on every country you wrote, but I have to say that it would be amazing seeing them in Moskow, and it would be such a massive show. I guess the band would be even more interested in conquering those territories (on a live aspect) that weren't reached when they were touring at the time.

( A mega dvd THE POLICE LIVE IN MOSKOW could be a classik killer!)

Of course I hope they will play in Perù for you Josè.

Yep... I like to see them in Moscow too... I am not sure if russian fans are warm or cold... but in Peru the reaction definitely will be warm for not to say hottest for THE POLICE!!!

Peru, represents all the Central Andean region of South America ( It means; Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia) and if they wants to play at a safe place and emerged market, not doubt that Peru is the logical option...

Why? No Guerrilla or Terrorism in Peru, is an emerged economical market, we live in planty democracy, the best GDP in the south american region for about ten years, great stadiums and facilities for making a concert, outstanding landscapes, and unique native culture...and the best... THE POLICE is for peruvians one of the main and BIG NAMES of the rock n'roll scene!!! well and he lives one of the best fans of the region!!! Hahahaha!!!

That's why THE POLICE needs to make a concert in Lima - Peru!!!

So why not shots of THE POLICE at Incas Lost City of Machu Picchu, eating potatoes, wearing Incas hats, with Llamas, playing penthaphonic andean music with Incas instruments, etc... great DVD with a great and hottest Concert!!!

I would love to see THE POLICE play in Jamaica. THe POLICE have been heavily influenced by Jamaican culture & music particularly (REGGAE) I cant think of another band who has attempted to play reggae and recieved the respect that Jamaicans have bestowed to THE POLICE (Reggatta Mondatta) unheard of. Jamaican music is a very serious thing. "dont come to the mic unless your prepared to chatty chat chat pun di mic" So for THE POLICE to get this kind of recognition is a sign of MAXIMUM RESPECT its not very often Jamaican artist will lay tribute to another culture attempting to play their music. Sure THE CLASH played reggae as well as many other British Bands did and do, but none have reached the plateau that THE POLICE have. THE POLICE managed this by simply playing what they felt in the music not so much trying to duplicate or force it they did it their way.
