How about including some of the Strontium 90 songs?

dead end job beats the other two for me.......

strontium 90; bit mixed but hugely enjoyable hearing early versions of songs... and the acoustic "every litle thing" is just great.

the eberhard schoener stuff too; san francisco waitress, code box elvis; fantastic!

you didn't include these (which were part of their 1977 live set)

Visions Of The Night
Landlord
Clouds In Venice (Sonja Kristina song)
Kids To Blame (Stewart song from Curved Air)
Grand Hotel (Sting song from Last Exit)
Three O'Clock Shit
How Are You?
It's My Life (Animals song)
Don't Give Up Your Daytime Job

my choice would have been VISIONS...

yup... Visions of the Night is my fave poleece song too...

although gordo snarling 'tambourine' and 'c***s' on the end of Dead End Job were two of my favourite bits when I was younger and swearing was big and clever.......

it's quite audible; 'tambourines' comes just after the breakdown, as the hi-hats come back in.....just b4 andy starts with "store keeper required......"

from memory i think the poetic gordo says something like;

"don't want no dead end job, you can stuff your... stuff your fucking dead end job.....bastards.......c***s..."

like i said; pure poetry.. (certainly beats his lyrics on Sacred Love)
