Officially sticking w/ copeland's site

I'm here for the rest of the year. Enough with the other sting/police sites. Way too much "rose colored glasses" viewpoints on those sites.

Here's to all of you & our cherished icon, Stewart Copeland! :)

Thanks, Bella. A couple of Copelanders have expressed their envy of that horse.

--Hm. I was going to post a link, but Photobucket seems to have eaten the original somehow. If you'd like, I can dig it up and email it to you. (Just be warned that I haven't been able to find a hi-res version.)

DM, you have alarmed my cats several times today...which you have achieved through prompting me into gales of laughter...you rock, girl.

Then you better take your hat off, Dive, when you're talking to me. And be there when I feed the tree.

OK, you may be awesome, but I'm killing you now.

(pinches fingers) I CRUSHING your HEAD!

[Edit: have I told you about a game Hub and I play called "Earworm"? The point is basically to get the worst song you can think of stuck in the other person's head.

I warn you: I know every word of every song Journey ever wrote. OK, maybe not all of them, but a bunch of really, um, awful ones.

;))

Just remember Dive, you started this, haha. You'll be singing this one all week and cursing me at the same time. All of you will, except for maybe... Animal

Thanks Kim! I finally got a (working) scanner this week, so I may have some fun stuff to post.

There are some strangely compelling Muppets songs. I seem to remember one about a guy beating on some small furry singing critters with a mallet, like a xylophone...

I have nervous breakdowns occasionally, so like the cab driver says to Kevin McCallister in Home Alone 2, "Ain't much better in here, kid!"
"If Miami hasn't got it, they haven't invented it yet."

We can dance if we want to
We can leave your friends behind
'Cause your friends don't dance and if they don't dance
Well they're no friends of mine

I'll meet you, and raise you a

"All I wanna do when I wake up in the morning is see your eyes,
Roseanna, Roseanna, I never thought that a girl like you could ever care for me, Roseah-hah-hahhanna...

All I wanna do in the middle of the evening is hold you tight
Roseanna, Roseanna, I didn't know you were looking for more than I could ever be..."

Gaaah! My fingers feel all, I dunno, icky somehow...;)
