I have to go with "Murder By Numbers," with "Miss Gradenko" pulling in at a close second. I just love the "Murder" groove.
Dramatic highlights & a unique musical cosmos. Guaranteed.

Agreed- and both are fun as crap to play- Murder even more so than Ms. Gradenko.

Speaking of- anyone that watches the current season if 24- do you secretly smile like I do everytime they talked about Russian Consolate Gradenko? :D

I love oh my god. I listen to it all the time and love the very end with the horns.

I also love "Oh My God" the drum, the bass, horns, and specially the guitar chords and effects...It was brilliant!!!

For me "Synchronicity Album" has the best Andy's guitar work in THE POLICE discography.

Definitely O My God. I must have played that song over and over again thousands of times! I remember recording it endlessley onto a cassette so that I didn't have to keep getting up and moving the stylus on my LP!!! I just love it, especially the bass line.

I never used to like "oh my god" but now i totally love the bass on the song and turn it up full volume. I think the horns are cool. Fantastic song. I like walking in your footsteps live version which you can find on youtube. I love what copeland did with that song. I have never liked murder by numbers and hope they don't play it in the concert.

Depends on my mood, mostly Murder by Numbers, but there's something you got to love about Walking in your Footsteps.

I am disagree with you... I think "Murder by numbers" is a great tune... I love how the drums starts, the jazzy guitar and drums with the stick in the border snares and bass drum... It's an amazing music contribution of Andy to The Police

My first Police album. Stewart was probably getting pretty frustrated from a songwriting perspective by the time of its making. But his holding back somewhat on the aggression did allow Andy's colorful paletted to come more to the forefront.

Pick a favorite? It's like being asked which one of your kids you wanna rescue from a burning building! I think i'd pick O My God, mainly 'cuz Stew reeeally cuts loose at the very end, plus they bring in the funky horns. I always wanted it to go on for another 10 minutes!

Miss Gradenko. Cool, arpeggiated guitar, funky bass line, neat timbale-esque licks on the snare AND...if you listen real close, you can hear Stewart singing in the background.
