That's been my impression as well...but nearly $2000 USD for a used road case--Stewart's or not--seems ridiculously high.

I bought my large 1980 drum case for less than that. And another smaller Copeland case from the early Police times for about $180. That's why I think that this nice reunion tour case is overpriced.

It's been relisted with a significant price reduction.

He's also put up some concert photo posters, and a "Voices Inside My Head" remix UK 12" acetate from 1995; a rare item for sure but still out of my price range.
