Nutters Locked Out of Forum

Here is an email I got from a Nutter that hopefully Gio or Eugenio will see and respond to:

FYI, some sc.net/forum users are locked out of the forum and can't get back in. There's a 'max attempts exceeded' screen (the captcha doesn't work) and using the 'reset my password' link does not work. Generating a new account never finishes, either, and emails sent to both Gio and Eugenio and 'admin' (sent to @stewartcopeland.net from gmail, yahoo, and outlook) go unanswered (maybe they never get them). I've been trying to get my account back for weeks without success. So it's very possible that it's been more quiet than usual because some of us can't get back in. Well this really sucks.

My case was way easy – the system just remembered everything.
