Freemason Abbey does sound good! I think this is looking like the headcount right now?

I see that the Abbey does a set dinner for 20+ but it doesn't look like we are that many, but maybe we should consider making a reservation soon, if possible? My ticket says there's a 7pm pre-concert talk I'm sure we all want to see. Do we want to try to plan for a 4:30 meetup time or something? To give time to hang out and grab a bite?

I still haven't yet seen the schedule at work for the day after + following week, will hopefully be posted tomorrow when I go in (off today, a regular volunteer day thing). If they have me on to be there at 7am, and I can't find anyone to trade off with, I believe I will not be able to go to Norfolk after all (like I said, at least I was able to support at least) because the trip back is 4+ hours, and the days I am there for a 7a open I have to get up at 4:45 to get ready & get in-which feels like sleeping in compared to the 3:45a days  ! And since it is a garden center, the work is pretty physical.....
So, plan around/instead of me. If they have me for 12 noon, or I can shift around something, I will be there, and at least in time for pre-talk. I could run by where ever y'all are, and at least actually get to see Nutters in the real live person-cool!-and say Hey to y'all!
Exciting, 1 & 1/2 weeks........

4:30 sounds good to me. Does anyone know if Chris (jedsoon) is bringing anyone? Otherwise, do you want me to call tomorrow to make a reservation for, what, 12?

I'd say 12-14 might be good, if we can have some flexibility for last minute guests (unless anyone definitely won't be there in time for the meetup beforehand.)

Hi all! I plan to be there, lurking solo :P It's been touch and go lately, with multiple vehicle trouble and sick family, but it's looking like things are clearing up in time for me to make it! Right now the plan is to head out early enough Saturday to secure nearby (hopefully cheap) lodging for the night. Got Friday-Monday off, so lots of flexibility there!

Ok, definitely count me in on reservation, even tho' (as I told lt via email, I will most likely be only up for a lite eats, since I always snack-as-I-drive, crunchy this to saty alert, ). I am most excited about seeing real ive Nutters, whoa, and I need to re-read where to park I guess too. Wow!

Pluto (Dan) and Mrs. Pluto will also be coming.

As my current plans stand, I will not likely join the gang until 5:30 or 6. My wife and 4.5 year old son will be making the trip, but hanging out at Virginia Beach Saturday night. My son is too young to attend events at the festival.

The only other Nutter gathering he attended, he was kicked out for being too loud at Andy's photography talk a few years ago.

I got the CD for Ben Hur Live shortly after we got Sam in the Fall of 2009. (Sorry, Stewart, but I love Sam more than that CD.) I played the CD for baby Sam many times in his first couple of months. Now he expresses his own views of music which aren't always mine, although he does like the Beatles, especially Yellow Submarine.
