OT - Joe Sumner on Tonight Show

OT - Joe Sumner on Tonight Show

Ok, I'm a little late on this one . . .

Yesterday (October 28), there was a union of Tourzilla opening acts on the Tonight Show.

The musical guest was Steve Nieve (the keyboard player of Elvis Costello), who is promoting his new album. For the song performed, Elvis Costello provided the vocals and Fiction Plane's Joe Sumner played bass. Too bad the bass was essentially inaudible. But on the positive side, Leno did specifically mention Joe twice.

Nieve's CD:

Joe sings on a couple of tracks. Joe's dad sings on one too, but I think that track is horrid, but it could theoretically appeal to some people here.

Sting appears actually on TWO tracks but I think it's not only horrid but also horrible...
Sting :
-You lie sweetly
-Beside the Fountain (hidden track on the CD)

Joe Sumner :
-Up
-Burn the past
Less is more...
