OT: Request for "Nutter Thoughts" for my Mom

I have to dash back to Virginia next week to be w/ she & Dad while she has an arthroscopic procedure done on her heart on Wednesday. Mom's in great shape, but will be 87 in Sept., and am just asking for any good thoughts to be sent their way.

Sorry so long to update-no computer access back home in VA, and I came back here to begin huge head & chest cold.....yuck!
Thank you all for the bast wishes, the arthroscopic surgery well, especially since Mom will be 87 next month. I was able to take the day to day load off of she & Dad for 2 days, and thing. She was still experiencing light-headedness, but the surgeon did say 4-6 days of REST-and getting my Mom to rest is a challange normally but she was listening this time.

I hope that she continues to improve and that you get over your horrible cold quickly. These things are always worse in summer aren't they?

There seems to possibly something else Mom-health related on horizon, but no more news for now.
The cold is l-i-n-g-e-r-i-n-g.....but it didn't keep me from dancing my feet off at the Adam Ant concert last Saturday
