Stings new album The Last Ship
I've just listened to the first disc and it's sweet, funny and quite folksy.

Some people will love it and no doubt some won't but either way it'll get people talking. I love that Newcastle accent, makes me come over all unnecessary

Now I'm going to listen to disc two.

I wholly concur. My only minor quibble with the album is that ?uestlove's snare sound is a bit odd for my tastes. Otherwise, it is certainly a great album for sure.

I like that snare sound, especially at the very beginning of the first song; it keeps the mood of the vibe they wanted to create, such as the 'heart' of the sound; it tells a whole story to me, but I can understand it's a very personal taste, and a very personal choice.
