Happy Birthday, again, here!!! Lot's of kuchen mit klage (boy, I sure hope I remembered "cake with whipped cream" close to accurate-sorry if I wished you something else!!).

Less calories than with whipped cream though so complaints are good, yes?

I MEANT kuchen mit SHLAGE, and the Austrian dessert I knew of was I think "knockerl mit schlage", am told that is a flaky layered dessert pastry with loads of sweet whipped cream piled on top.
So THAT is sort of what I had hoped to wish you-but I like the complaints cake-and the baker would say "Oh, yeah, buddy, take a number and get in line"!
