In England they just finished up with season 3, and that's what's airing in the US now. If you have Netflix, you can watch the first season.

You could also sign up for a free trial of netflix, and watch the first season there.

Instead, how about watch the show on Couch Tuner? It ruins the fun if you look up what happens... I've watched Merlin since it came out, and got behind on this season... and googled the end, it ruins it.
