What some people have objected to in the past is

1. Someone posting a photograph here with every suggestion and implication that it is their own work, showing themselves or their own crafts/cooking/etc when it in fact clearly wasn't (thereby not giving credit where credit is due) and

2. When someone has taken another member of this board's photograph, without permission, without credit, run a 2-second photoshop filter over it and called it "art".

There's no objection to internet memes because that's all they are and are expected to be passed around as such.

lol ladyhwk friend yes we are all here to have fun but we most give credit were credit is due,when you first started posting you were posting with personal pictures that were not yours and claiming they were. It was a mistake, that's all, and I hope that you have learned from it.

lol people take so seriously here. socki and englishlion i remember saying i take pics from internet when my pics are not so good as internet or i get it from internet site where maybe it came from. my camera not a very good one. lol its like a spanish incquistion here ! lol you are all fun people but maybe we can try not to be so serious always and have fun.

No not taking it seriously just copyright law you could get into a lot of trouble if the owners ever find out that you used their pictures inappropriately ... I'm just looking out for your well being adyawke friend

englishlion i dont have time to go all through forum for these things i have 4 kids and i am only here for fun not to make serious things come from what maybe people are just having light times with. life is to hard as it is to always be only serious

LOL Ldyhawe friend don't be taking this seriously we are here to have fun I have 3 kids, oldest is 17, youngest 3 soon to be 4, a dog, 2 cats, a lizard, a husband, and a pool to take care of ... but as you said you "don't have time to go though all forum"...but you must but have at some point to think that others have done so.
