Question for members of the policetour.com

I've joined the site in order to get decent tickets for the birmingham gig in september but i want to use the other faciilities too.

But everytime i try and view the multimedia video content it says "you have requested members only content.If you are already a member please log in below"

This error message is coming up and i'm already logged into the site. I've paid my membership. And when i look below there is no further login boxes.

what does the symbol in the top right corner say
LOG IN - then you have to log in there to view all the members contents
LOG OUT - if it says that and you can't see the videos you should contact the site with this problem

i gave my credit card details first time around and i was only logged in as a free member when i assumed i was a fully paid up member to the tune of 100 dollars. Why they want my credit card details for free membership is bizarre. Anyway i logged back in and went to upgrade membership and went through process again and now i can view multimedia.So it must have gone through.

Why do they want people's credit card details when they are only a free member.
I still can't find the buy swap sell section on the messageboard
