Yes, it's available as an Audio CD as well as digital, i.e. iTunes. I got the CD but I had to order it from Borders as I could never find it on the shelves. I highly recommend it. Not only do you have Stewart reading it but some of the interlude music between chapters includes some of Stewart's compositions that have yet to be released.

The audio version is very good, but I can't imagine that it is something that you can listen to while working. For me, its too engaging and thus distracting.

I love Stewart's audio book, but do keep in mind he's pretty free and easy with the swear words. If any of your patients are Italian they might be particularly offended if they hear Stewart's favourite "porco Dio" expression. (And don't think they won't hear. My 90 year old father is deaf as a stone most of the time until I stub my toe or something and let out an f-bomb. He always hears that!)
In Dallas, the only game that really mattered was in the word gamelan.

I can only add that it's something that every Stewart fan must have; amazing! And you know, Stewart is a great storyteller, it's just like he's close to you telling the story...great!
